The estate at 260 Marrett Road boasts furniture and furnishings all in extremely good condition.

Bedroom: Wonderful king-size wood bed, king-size bed-linen set, master bedroom set with two dressers and matching end tables, maple dresser with arched mirror, trundle bed.

Den or living room: Pedestal table with lovely inlay, modern teak TV cabinet, living-room sofa, two nice love seats, table lamps, glass-top and wood coffee table and end table, upholstered chair, two handsome 9 x 7 Dover rugs.

Dining room and kitchen: Light-wood kitchen table with six chairs, dining-room (or kitchen) table with six chairs and two leaves.

Miscellaneous: Handsome vase, hand-painted slate by local artist, wicker drawer set, hamper and basket set.
