I had the most daunting task, both emotionally and physically, of closing out my dear cousin’s home, who passed away suddenly. After unsuccessfully negotiating a contract with numerous companies to conduct an estate sale and home clean out, I was contacted by Precision Estate Sales through an estate sale website.
