Newton Grand Brick Tudor set nearby the gently rolling hills of an adjacent golf club is the location of the next Grand Sale by Precision Estate Sales. The homeowners are retiring and are moving south to Florida and are leaving behind a house full of great items all available at great Precision Estate Sales prices!
There's a lot to list so let's get going. Many sets of china: Paragon, Mintons, Copeland Spode, Royal Doulton, Porcelain Ball by Henry Morgan etc., pounds and pounds of silver plate: trays, several flatware sets, tea and coffee sets, serving pieces, candlesticks and decorative items.
Original artwork and prints (Chagall, Nancy Howell) abound throughout the home, unique and one of a kind metal sculptures, Hopi Indian Dolls, Lladro pieces, brass decorative items on and on.
