Middleton Estate Sale

This beautiful builder's home in in the Ferncroft Country Club area of Middleton is the site of another great sale by Precision Estate Sales (PES). This home is full of desirable estate sale finds and we also have a car featured as our signature item - It's a 2003 Mercedes SL500 Coupe with approximately 59,000 miles, color is dark blue, it has a great grey leather interior and it is absolutely loaded with options. Come on down and drive it home!

Stepping back from the car, PES estate sale shoppers will find a plethora of high end furnishings at great PES sales prices. Items available include a classic leather sofa, great, fashionable side tables, an incredible Henredon dining table with inlaid top and carved-wood, upholstered chairs and an incredible glass and wood china cabinet, a pub table with two matching chairs, side and accessory chairs, one in red leather, a tremendous Pottery Barn Secretary in a desirable black finish, classic wood hall table by Baker, black and gold wood-framed foyer mirror, beautiful upholstered living room suite comprised of two arm chairs and a great-looking and very comfortable loveseat, side tables? We have them, and it's one of the nicest glass and wrought iron semi-circle hall table that we have seen.

Accessories abound, mirrors, accent pieces, framed artwork, vases, lamps, all the window treatments are available, rugs throughout the house, lovely, matching set of trunks, wrought iron fireplace set... and the list goes on.

In the lower-level family room there is a set of home theater leather love seats, you just have to supply the TV and sound system. TV's?, yes, two Sharp HDTV Flat Screens are in the sale, DVD's and videos as well to enjoy, games, toys, some barware and other home entertainment accoutrements are also found at this level. There is also a pretty neat item, a wall hanging Pepsi (cans) Vending machine, coolers, hardware, Boston Acoustics 5.1 Speaker System, A never-used Viking Warming Oven, a train set, a small refrigerator-freezer in like-new condition, file cabinets, kid's items, some sports gear, this house has it all.

Rounding out the sale and overlooking the pond-shaped pool, PES shoppers will find cast aluminum patio sets (tables and chairs), deck chairs and pool items. Moving to the garage, this is where the Mercedes SL 500 is, as well as the usual assortment of garage, gardening and home maintenance items can be.
