Happy New Estate Sale Year!

This Classic Colonial with Equestrian Barn in idyllic Boxford is the site of the next Precision Estate Sales (PES) sale. This beautiful home and barn offers up a multitude of great items for our discerning estate sales shoppers, old and new.

We start our tour of signature items off with a classic wood mini-bar, that works as both a great display piece and a functioning wet bar for entertaining. It's wheeled, so it can be used to entertain throughout the house and patio. Next is a classic contemporary, alabaster marble topped dining set with eight chairs (2 armed). A Staff pick is a great Country-style wood painted sideboard with shelved hutch top, which would be ideal for the country kitchen or could function with the shelves removed as an entertainment center. If you're looking for a more traditional entertainment unit, we have that as well, a great looking knotty pine unit for your TV and sound system.

Adding to the list of must-have items is a classic clothes armoire with a pediment top and drawer, it's all wood with a dark cherry finish. Moving throughout the house PES shoppers will find a stylish pine plank table with turned legs joined with a yoke that has multiple uses as a dining table, desk or a great large accent piece in the family room. Our list of furniture desirables continues with a lovely pine corner hutch, country kitchen table and chair set, two well-worn painted bow back armchairs, painted chairs with rush seats, stylishly painted/natural finish small tables/desks, some with accompanying chairs, a set of lovely slipcovered side club chairs and a very comfortable paisley print wing chair.

Beds? We have a few including a pair of antique, painted metal twin size beds with bow-style head and footboards. These two beds have a classic design and would be a beautiful addition to a child's or guest bedroom. One bedroom over you'll find two white metal & iron beds that also have a vintage pedigree. One is of a light and airy design and the other is a bit more industrial, both are classics. What else is there - As always there are a few rugs, some small, one large available, plenty of decorative items, glassware, dishware, linens, etc.

Moving to the garage basement and barn PES shoppers will find more great items. In the garage we have offered for sale a 1997 Lexus ES300 sedan with 107,300 miles. Car was purchased new by homeowner and has been meticulously maintained over the years. Green in color with all the options including auto sunroof this vehicle is luxurious and very clean.

Spring is coming and there are hand tools, garden tools and planters available to help you repair, clear out, build and plant anew. There's also a Craftsman lawn tractor with a 42" cutting deck available. If you need more exercise, take advantage of the Precor Zuma Home Training gym or the Proform 730CS Treadmill. After the hard work in the garden or the exercise room you can relax at the low-maintenance, all-weather composite patio set! If work is not your style relax, there is fishing gear and tackle so you can head to the shore or stream, an Oakley Factory Pilot Surfboard if you want to explore the surf, a croquet set and an old sled to hit the hill with.

For the equestrian, the homeowner is still going through items to be offered for sale and we will update this preview once we have the final details on the equestrian-related items. As of right now, there are several steeplechase gates w/rungs available for sale.
